SWAAT PHASES

Supporting self-awareness through change.

Have you ever noticed you’re back in the same place?
Different circumstances. Different people. Yet somehow the same reactions, feelings or patterns keep appearing.

A relationship shifts. A job ends or begins. Something good arrives and still feels unsettling. Life is constantly changing, and so are we, and some moments jar us more than we’d like to admit.

In the middle of it, we tend to respond the way we always have, without quite knowing why, or whether anything is actually moving. Most of us rarely stop to ask where we are in it.

The SWAAT Snapshot gives you a moment to pause and become aware. Think of one situation or area of your life you’d like to explore, then answer 18 short statements. They follow The Temporary Theory ripple, and your answers are read across three pillars:

Truths: how clearly you’re seeing what’s really happening.
Transitioning: how actively you’re working through it.
Transforming: how much you’re already living it.

Where you land across the three pillars places you in a SWAAT phase: Seeker. Wayfinder. Activator. Alchemist. Transformer. Your result also shows how your pillars sit together, and an area for consideration, so you have a place to start.

Your result reflects how you’re navigating change at a point in time. Come back in 30 and 60 days to see what has shifted.

The SWAAT Snapshot is free. Corporate versions are coming soon.

This is a work in progress. Try the Snapshot and tell me what you think at exploreyourbrilliance@gmail.com. Your feedback will help shape what comes next.
