The Temporary Theory offers a way of understanding life through the natural movement of human experience. It reminds us that while emotions can feel permanent in the moment, they are always part of something shifting, evolving, and unfolding.

Born from lived experience, this philosophy speaks to something many people feel but struggle to name—that difficult moments can make us believe something is wrong with us.

The Temporary Theory offers a different perspective.

It recognises that change is part of being human, and that even our most challenging experiences do not define who we are or what is possible for us.

At its core are six guiding principles that help us understand our emotions, navigate change, and reconnect with ourselves.

Because when we begin to see that everything moves, we begin to see differently.
